Scope Of Work
Chaat Café in Dublin, California was one of Concore’s early projects. The 2100 SF space was delivered as a warm shell, which was transformed by the Concore team into a new Indian restaurant. Concore provided framing, an all new MEP infrastructure including a Type I hood, along with HVAC, fire safety system and all new finishes throughout.
