Scope Of Work
New west coast headquarters at Pier 70 in San Francisco (the “Project”) for Uber Advanced Technologies Group. The Project occupies four existing buildings (Building 113 West, 114, 115 and 116) that are part of the historic core at Pier 70. The program for the project was a combination of office and workshop/lab spaces totaling approximately 130,000 square feet.
