150,000 SF full building restoration. New space includes conference/meeting rooms, full service kitchen, interconnecting stair, full smoke control system, new MEPs, dining area, lounge spaces and other special use spaces including wood boat. Specialty conference rooms included coordination between architect and interior design to meet design intent.
