Scope Of Work

Our clients had the vision to take their property on Grand River Ave in downtown East Lansing and develop it into a mixed-use, student housing building. Coming on at the concept stage we led our clients thru the design, approval, financing, and construction phases delivering a great building that will serve the housing needs in East Lansing for many years to come.

Using our unique approach to project implementation we call ‘Collaborate Create Succeed’ we took this project from an idea and brought it all the way thru pre-development thru construction completion on time and budget for our clients.
