Scope Of Work
Clear glass can become confusing to migrating birds. Annually the park loses many birds due to strikes on the glass. DSG in conjuction with a Zoo prepresentative and a film manufacturer are all working together to solve this issue. Currently we have developed 2 types of film that seem to be bird friendly. In the test zones, there have been no recorded bird strikes with the specialty film installed.
Our generation 3 film is being produced currently and will be tested again within the park and all over Southern California in various areas.
