Scope Of Work
Commanding a 28-acre developed campus with stunning views of the Shenandoah Valley, the Warren Memorial Hospital project entails a three-story replacement hospital with adjoining medical building. The facility offers a patient-centered environment for wellness and healing and features 36 private inpatient rooms — each with a view — plus accommodations for a visitor and a bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible shower.
Twelve Critical Care Step-down rooms accommodate staff and equipment and support more acutely ill patients.
An 18-bed Emergency Department boasts a decontamination area, two trauma rooms, rooms equipped for bariatric and behavioral health patients, a dedicated imaging suite, and an adjoining five-bed Clinical Decision Unit. For rapid emergency care, an on-site helipad offers Medevac support.
Surgical Services features three spacious operating suites, two endoscopy rooms, a cardiac catheterization lab, and a dedicated family waiting room.
