Scope Of Work
Scott + Reid was selected as the general contractor to handle the build out of 55,526 square feet, spread over three floors, for this client’s new corporate headquarters. The creation of an open ceiling feature between the first and second floors required significant structural coordination to punch open the flooring installed between the floors. Additional steel and structural work was needed for the installation of a stair and private elevator between the floors. In addition to standard office use areas, the space also features a 5,000-square-foot auditorium with a sound booth and raised floor. Special attention was required for the finish of an MDF room hosting the servers and technology main frame, which provides the support to Stream Energy offices, and a 600-square-foot studio with a combination lay in and open ceiling concept in addition to a green wall.
Scott + Reid was chosen to complete additional work in the building for Maxim Integrated and Behringer.
