Scope Of Work
Over the past 18 months, Scott + Reid has partnered with CBRE to complete numerous capital improvements for Galleria Office Towers, a three-building Class A office complex located at a high-profile intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway. Project work included renovations to corridors, lobbies, restrooms, conferencing centers, tenant lounges, elevators and sky bridges spanning all three towers. Multiple suites have been white-boxed for potential tenant lease. Scott + Reid worked closely with building management to limit disruption to tenants while working in high traffic areas. Extreme care was taken to ensure project sites were clean and safety risks were mitigated.
In addition to the capital improvement work, Scott + Reid performed multiple tenant interior renovations, including work for Risk Theory, Egon Zehnder International and The Howard Hughes Corporation.
