Scope Of Work

Scott + Reid completed the finish-out of this chic women’s boutique, built in the Market Street shopping center of The Woodlands. The interior of the store was designed to feel like a modern farmhouse, with bleached wood flooring contrasted with a custom steel storefront. Our team worked closely with the owner as furniture-type millwork pieces were fabricated to integrate owner-provided furnishings that were built in Canada and shipped to the site. Exact measurements and on-site adjustments resulted in finished pieces that achieve a single source look. Additionally, the previous tenant in the lease had extra thick flooring and a working fountain that had to be removed prior to build out.
