Scope Of Work
Addition to an existing and operational university sports facility. Includes construction of a gymnasium, sports locker rooms, dietary center, coach’s area, and exercise area. Specific Role: Project CPM Schedule Development in Primavera P6, Update, Revision, and TIA Development Service for General Contractor Project Manager. Worked with the PM to Define the project scope for establish the WBS hierarchy, assign activities with resource and cost loading, and apply logic to create a CPM schedule. Provide monthly schedule updates and revisions including all reports for submission to the Project Owner.
