Scope Of Work
Plan and Schedule the Definitive and Execution Phases of an EPC Wet Plant construction and mining area development project. Project execution phase is on hold pending business decision to proceed. Specific Role: Owner’s Project Schedule Development and Maintenance Service for Project Team comprised of owner reps and separate contractor construction management, design, and environmental firms. Worked with the project team to refine the project scope, establish the WBS hierarchy, assign activities and apply logic to create an Integrated Project CPM schedule. Provided all Owner’s Schedule Review services for subcontractor and design firm schedule development, submission and updating. Incorporated all contractor and design firm schedule into Integrated Project CPM schedule.?
