Scope Of Work
Renovation of a data center and large conference room at a secure government facility. Specific Role: Project CPM Schedule Development, Update, Revision, and TIA Development Service for General Contractor Project Manager. Worked with the PM to Define the project scope for establish the WBS hierarchy, assign activities with resource and cost loading, and apply logic to create a cost & resource loaded CPM schedule. Provide monthly schedule updates and revisions including all reports for submission to the Project Owner.
