When a storied, 147-year-old London perfumery lands in San Francisco, the details are  the utmost importance. Penhaligon’s partnered with Rylko to create an opulent, high-end space with British flair befitting their iconic fragrances.

One  only five U.S. locations, Penhaligon’s San Francisco Centre needed to make an impression on American shoppers. From a handsome stone exterior with brass accents to the interior’s stone-inlaid wood floors, every detail  the brand’s San Francisco store is elegant, rich, and tinged with history. Low-iron clear glass windows, high-end millwork and stunning gallery-style product lighting come together to create a truly regal presentation  Penhaligon’s signature scents.

Rylko coordinated with Penhaligon’s international suppliers and base  operations to ensure swift delivery  each custom finish, keeping the project on-time even across time zones. As with all retail projects, maintaining the schedule was crucial. Rylko’s team rose to the challenge and worked nights to deliver the completed project in just seven weeks— no time at all, for a brand that was born in the 1870s.
