Scope Of Work
Located in North Central Ohio, Oberlin College & Conservatory is ranked as one of the Top 25 liberal arts colleges in the United States. When Oberlin decided to renovate Asia House, an older three-story residence hall on campus, they needed an elevator that would fit into an existing building, meet all ADA safety requirements, be installed quickly in minimal space. Schindler already provided the maintenance for the campus, they chose the Schindler 3300 for the renovation.
