Scope Of Work
Supply and install - Schier gb-75, mop sink; two (2) tankless water heaters; four (4) floor drains; swamp cooler water supply and drain; three (3) floor sinks; wall hung lavatory; floor mounted tank type toilet.
Gas line to - landlord pizza ovens; two (2) tankless water heaters; rtu-1; fryer. Install two (2) ansul gas line valves (supplied by other).
Install items supplied by other: three-compartment sink; two (2) one-compartment sink; two (2) hand sinks
Includes trenching and backfill; connect to existing 2" gas line; water and sewer connectionist be made inside tenant space.
Water service with 2” backflow preventer and sewer stubbed 5’ outside of house.
All new gas piping for the following – four (4) clothes dryers, four (4) BBQ’s, four (4) ranges, seven (7) fireplaces, four (4) FAU’S, four (4) tankless water heaters.
