Scope Of Work
Electrician Inc. worked with Rick Gerow General Contractor in the plannng stages through completion of the project to build a ware house space from the ground up in a covered parking area attached to the building. Electrician Inc. provided electrical diagrams for the architect to supply to the building department for approval. Then added a new 200 amp PG & E meter socket and breaker to the switch gear assembly in the unit room. Then mounted overhead 230 feet of conduit to a 200 amp 3 phase breaker panel in the new warehouse space. Then wired the entire space per architechs plans with a few change orders as we progressed. We used two Electrician Inc. owned scissors lifts on the project full time from start to finish. Rick Gerow has his own crew and used the larger JLG 3248 ES scissors lift to lift and hold in place 12' sections of 3/4" sheet rock (really heavy sheets) while they fastened it in place 20' in the air. Sheet rock and crew all on the same lift. The project came out great! Finished this in mid 2014.
