Scope Of Work
I was the General Contractor and Electrician for the building of Cleophus Quealy Beer Brewery.
Electrician inc. assisted in the demolition to save some of the existing conduit. This allowed the owner to save money once the planned electrical was put into place by reutilizing existing conduit and fit into the City of San Leandro's green policy. Electrician Inc. had our company owned scissors lifts on site to run conduit, mount HVAC on the roof, run all new power wires, and mount lighting. After the contract was complete Cleophus Quealy Beer Company signed change orders for us to connect almost all of the specialized equipment such as Large walk in refridgerator, power circuits and outlets behind the bar after it was built, and control circuits for boiler vats. As in almost all projects small changes were made by the owners to dial in the space as we built it. I was able to complete several free projects for them that I just incorporated into the build. In addition as a gift to the owners and with thier permission I ran several extra wires in the new conduits with the big wire pull so as thier business grows they will already be prewired for their next big piece of equipment on the roof. They will be able to hook that new equipment up quickly and at a low cost due to forward thinking visions of Electrician Inc. As the owner of Electrician Inc. I bring new and exiciting ideas to projects my team builds so as to influance in a positive way the finished elements.
