Scope Of Work
The Cycle Den, the premier antique cycle parts resource, in Columbia, PA, unfortunately destroyed by fire in 2012, was replaced by a pre-engineeredmetal building structure designed by MK Architects in cooperation with Kautz Construction. The new 13,000 SF building was constructed over the existing foundations and basement areas and was designed with an additional second floor storage area. Although unable to replace the antique cycle collection assembled by Rick Noll over a period of 30 years, the new building includes retail showroom space, storage for antique parts, and a new service area fire separated from the valuable antiques.
