Scope Of Work

The Spring Hill Condominiums consist of five, (4) four story, (25) twenty five unit active adult condominium buildings located in Fairfax County, Virginia. Condominium units include two bedroom types ranging in size from 900 to 1,700 SF. The open floor plan and exterior balcony area for each apartment create a comfortable dwelling within a modern brick envelope with low profile canopies and stepped parapets. Ground floor Private garages are also available for residents who desire them. The final of five buildings will be completed in march 2014.
