Scope Of Work
MK Architects worked with Moyer-Ziegler Partnership to convert the former Schoeneck Elementary School to (17) one-bedroom garden apartments. The apartments range in size from 850 – 1,200 SF, each with an open living and dining room, laundry facilities in each unit, and generous closet space. Taking advantage of the structure height, the three units in the former gymnasium space feature a second floor loft space with windows looking out over the rolling countryside. This project was featured on the front page of Lancaster Newspaper’s Sunday Real Estate Section, March 10, 2013.
