Scope Of Work
The Rodney Hailey residence was first conceived as a pre-engineered metal building for Rodney’s exotic car collection but eventually became the schematic design for the family’s residence. The proposed 20,000 SF dwelling was set within a clear span pre-engineered building. Along with a spacious garage for the exotic car collection, the house included a salt water shark tank, performance stage, custom home theater, open kitchen, dining & living spaces, 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, child’s play room, office, and exterior patio and deck.
