Scope Of Work
MK Architects provided Architectural Design Services to convert an abandoned 50’s era gas station to an office and detailing center for RH Cooper Pre-owned. Consisting of primarily interior renovations, the work included the addition of an accessible restroom, 2 office spaces, and a 2 bay Detailing Shop. Exterior work was limited to new finishes over the existing masonry walls and an accessible ramp/entrance.
