Scope Of Work
MK Architects worked with the Architectural Services Department at Pulte Group to coordinate, detail and complete construction drawings for various buildings at the Potomac Yard Development. The project is constructed on an abandoned railway switching yard with a blend of 3 and 4 story townhouses and urban lofts. Dwelling units range from 1,500 to 3,000 SF. The design development for each building was coordinated with the city of Alexandria in an effort to create a residential community consistent and compatible with the existing architecture of the city.
