Scope Of Work
This $2,000,000 project consisted of the design of a 24-unit, 26,000 SF apartment building, meeting the requirements of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, and Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority. The building was adjacent and attached to a building on the National Register of Historic Places, and therefore, had to meet the requirements of the National Park Service to obtain tax credits for the project. Seven of the apartments were designed to be accessible, with varying degrees of accessibility provided. The building included a community room, laundry room, and similar support spaces. Responsibilities included partial design, development of constructiondocuments, and construction administration.
