Scope Of Work
MK Architects worked with Zimmerman Brothers Construction and Hectrio Specialty Chemical to develop a functional manufacturing and logistics plan allowing them to expand into their newly acquired facility. Preliminary designwork included significant building code analysis due to the nature of the materials they work with and store on a daily basis. The project is developed in stages to permit them to move parts of their operation over time to allow them to maintain production throughout the process.
