Scope Of Work
Discount Fashion Warehouse had two roof systems on their property. The first was a PVC roof that had thousands of cold welds and was leaking relentlessly. The other was an old Mod-Bit that had multiple layers under it and needed to be removed and replaced.
Scope of work:
- Recover PVC roof with 1/4" Fan-fold and .045 TPO.
- Remove and replace Mod-Bit roof, replace bad decking, and re-build deteriorated wall.
- Mechanically-fasten 3.5" of Poly ISO, fasten TPO and fully adhere the walls.
- Remove and replace gutters.
