Scope Of Work
We bid this project through Maverick Construction in the Spring of '16 and we awarded the work based off our price and the value-engineering we brought to the table to help them get the roof cost down.
Scope of Work:
- Mechanically fasten first layer of Poly ISO to the deck
- Low-Rise Adhesive the second layer of Poly ISO
- Taper Insulation to the through-wall drains
- Fully-adhere the .060 TPO to the ISO and the walls.
- Perform all metal edge and install the scuppers.
- Provide 20-Year NDL Warranty from the Manufacturer.
