Scope Of Work
Concept plans have been finalized for a 30,823 gross sq. ft. community center in Baltimore for the Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church Community Development Corporation. It will also be used by the Greater Mondawmin community and the Boys & Girls Clubs of metropolitan Baltimore. A unique feature of the building will be an elevated gymnasium/basketball court accessible from the upper-level classrooms with a 4,400 sq. ft. multipurpose room on the first floor accessible from the daycare center.
