Scope Of Work
Located in Washington, DC’s rejuvenated Navy Yard, Capper 769N is a new mixed-use community providing easy accessibility to the Navy Yard Metro Station, and both I-695 and I-295. A combined venture between Urban Atlantic, Forest City, and the District of Columbia Housing Authority, Capper 769N is a 10-story concrete high-rise including 179 units with two stories of below-grade parking. The building is a mix of 39 affordable and 140 market-rate apartments. Building amenities include a conference room, work pods, a dog spa, outdoor dog park, bicycle storage, second floor courtyard, a rooftop amenity space with an outdoor kitchen and pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a private dining room. Capper 769N is a HUD financed, Certified Business Enterprise, First Source Housing project.
