Scope Of Work
This 8,000 SF retail fabrics building was designed and constructed in downtown Scottsdale on an existing lot that was very difficult to work with. The team had to shape the building so the owner could achieve his minimum square footage requirement and still provide adequate parking and setbacks required by the City. The GC provided the site and all other improvements to prepare for construction of the building.
