Scope Of Work
- Disconnect and safe-off all utilities.
- Fulfill city and county permit requirements.
- Coordinate abatement of all hazardous materials prior to demolition.
- Demolish 15,000 sf of structure, including foundation, down to dirt.
- Demolish all existing site work, clear and grub.
- Import 600 cy of engineered fill, backfill, compact, and grade lot +/- 2″.
- Install HDPE liner 6″ down from final grade to prevent weed growth.
