Scope Of Work
- Disconnect and safe-off all utilities.
- Decommission (4) HVAC units on roof and recycle.
- Cut and separate roof line from perimeter walls that are to remain.
- Demolish 5,500 sf of structure down to slab.
- Scrape and grind floor treatments and prep slab for (n) finishes.
- Install tilt up bracing on perimeter walls upon completion.
