Our Story

Since 2009, National Building Codes have mandated that Emergency Responder Communication Enhancement Systems (ERCES) shall be installed in new and existing construction to assure that first responders have the communications they need inside buildings.   The ERCES is a communications system that brings in wireless signals from outside the building, amplifies that signal with a signal booster, and then evenly distributes those signals throughout the building for greatly improved wireless signal quality.

Established in 1995, Telnet has over 25 years’ experience in providing wireless communications solutions Including, Emergency Responder Communication Enhancement Systems (ERCES), Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). Bi-Directional Amplifiers (BDA) and Private LTE Networks. We are a System Integrator that works closely with the General Contractor or Electrical Contractor to provide the testing and systems that meet the Codes required for a Certificate of Occupancy. Telnet can provide "Smarts and Parts", Coverage Testing, Post-Installation Certification or a Full Turnkey System. Our Headquarters is located in Rockville, MD with satellite offices in TX, NH and Vancouver, BC

We have extensive experience providing turnkey solutions for engineering, iBwave design, installation, maintenance and system monitoring for both Public Safety ERCES and Cellular DAS. Telnet provides the systems design, the necessary equipment, equipment installation and commissioning of the system to meet the requirements of the Owner, General Contractor and Local Jurisdiction AHJ while strictly following local ordinances as well as the NFPA and IFC Fire Codes.
