Scope Of Work

The 575 key Warner Center Marriott in Woodland Hills underwent a complete renovation of the guestrooms, corridors and public space. A former meeting room was re-purposed to a 3,000 square foot M-Club Lounge, and four new guestrooms constructed at the previous 12th floor concierge lounge. Guestroom upgrades included 90 tub to shower conversions, Title 24 upgrades, new finishes throughout, new bath doors, and new FF&E. Public space renovations included new lobby tile and wood refinishing, public restroom upgrades, new meeting room finishes and electrical, fitness center remodel and hardscape improvements. The 270 square foot Starbucks was demolished and expanded with an additional 1,000 square feet and all new finishes, equipment, and millwork.
