David Adams Custom Homes is a full service general contractor with over 38 years of new home construction experience. David Adams and Jeff Polk founded Adams Polk Custom Builders Inc., in 1999 and in 2012 became David Adams Custom Homes, Inc. All along with the belief that the building experience should be enjoyable.

David Adams has over 38 years of experience in new home construction as a builder with both large home building companies and small custom builders. He has received multiple awards including Builder of the Year with a national builder. David has built multi-family and small starter homes, but most of his success has been in the construction of larger custom homes including a Kaleidoscope of Homes show home in 1994.

In 1998, David and Jeff laid a foundation for a company that would offer what seemed to be missing in the home building industry. Quality, Service, and Integrity have always been the cornerstone of the
