Scope Of Work
Concrete tilt with 30’ clear height
DESCRIPTION: The design build Speculative warehouse was constructed on 15.4 acres. The site required 55,000 cy of surcharge due to the possibility of liquefaction on the site. Due to winter construction, the building subgrade had to be constructed using cement treated fill. After completion, the building was built out and leased to Nautilus, Corp. The building included ESFR sprinklers, Batt insulation, 20 fc lighting, and freeze protection heating.
