Scope Of Work
This project was one of many design buildphases at the Rainier Park of Industry. It included four buildings ranging in size from 17,568 to 52,750 square feet for a total of 126,062 square feet. Each building was set up for multi-tenants including separately metered electrical, water, and gas systems. Each building included 6” reinforced slabs, 20 fc lighting, class 4 commodity sprinkler systems, Low-E glazing, and an upgraded structure for future second floor office structures.
