Scope Of Work
Concrete tilt with 30’ Clear height
DESCRIPTION: This parts distribution facility for International Trucking was a design build project based on a detailed set of specifications from the tenant. It included 12,000 square feet of office, an 8,000 square foot hazardous material room, full dock equipment, concrete loading docks, upgraded heating and ventilation, underground water quality vault and bullet proof doors and windows at truckers’ lobby. The building was also designed to accommodate a future 40,000 square foot expansion.
