Scope Of Work
The "Dart Insurance Agency" was a long standing landmark in wonderful downtown Mason, Mi. After the businesses closing in 2015 we had the amazing opportunity to re-expose the original lower facade which had been covered with Metal Cladding since the early 50's when Dart Bank and Dart Insurance were required to separate their locations. Working with great owners like Mary and Gary Worman and wonderful designers like Amanda Harrell-Seyburn we have made it 2 years through the 3 year project, which we look forward to finishing this summer. Community Building Services has Done Extensive Demolition, Masonry, Carpentry and Glazing on the buildings unique exterior, and we are looking forward to restoring the limestone and other finishing details in spring of 2018!
