Private School Post-Construction Carpet Cleaning

Scope Of Work
This school had a new addition which they just needed the carpets deep cleaned to remove all of the construction debris. We were able to remove paint, nails, dry wall dust and dirt from the carpets - allowing them to exactly match the newer carpet tiles!
There are two main types of carpet cleaning:
- Hot Water Extraction (HWE) - Using an extractor, or portable unit with a wand to spray heated water onto the carpet and immediately extract with vacuum suction.
- Pad Encapsulation - Using 5th Generation chemistry to pre-spray the carpets with a unique formula that bonds to the dirt and dust in the carpet fibers and transfers them onto a cleaning pad.
