Scope Of Work
The sculpture is part of the Vietnamese Cultural Alliance’s Courage to Rebuild initiative, meant to honor Little Saigon’s success in creating a community in Orange County after the fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975, to communist forces. The monument also hearkens to the founding of the Vietnamese people.
