Scope Of Work
YouFit Health Club was founded in Florida in 2008. As Youfit began moving into Texas in 2014, CIMA was asked to build 4 Youfit facilities in DFW market. Each YF health club ranges from 22,000 – 31,000 sf. Once we provided all the necessary demolition, CIMA built each location per their plans, creating four unique designs and floor layouts. We worked closely with the out-of-town owner’s rep. providing weekly reports, pictures and project updates. Some ingenuity was required in various aspects of these projects, including all the proper under-slab plumbing to accommodate multiple showers & bathroom fixtures. CIMA takes pride in creating these bright & open spaces, allowing people to enjoy working out & staying fit.
