Scope Of Work
Russo's Coal-fired Italian Kitchen is an upscale restuarant based on a New York-style pizzeria. The chain was established in 1992 by Anthony Russo, and has U.S. locations from Florida to Hawaii, and other locations around the world.
CIMA was awarded the contract to complete a new Russo's Coal-fired Italian Kitchen located at the Rim in San Antonio. The project was part of a new development, and included a large turret what was planned for a bar. Because the as-built condition of the turret varied from Russo's design, CIMA used its 3D laser to map the turret's radius at 1 inch increments so that the curved shelving could be fabricated. The owner was amazed at how much better this experience has been compared to the contractor that built his last restaurant.
