Scope Of Work
CIMA was awarded the contract to build a ground-up 54th Street Restaurant and Drafthouse. It wasn't too far into the process that the client said they wished they had picked us on their prior restaurant because they were having so much trouble with their other contractor. Right up through the end of the process, the client remained pleased. They told us many times that they want us to do their next store because we have been so much better to work with than other people they have tried in the past.
