GSA project control #GS11P06ZGC0166, description: Interior renovation (4 bathrooms, carpeting, tile, drywall, painting, railing, plumbing, electrical etc.) Exterior (replace all concrete sidewalk on 12th. Street , granite curb, concrete aprons, repair and replace concrete pavers on long driveway and others) completed 4/2011.
