Scope Of Work
Legacy Construction is converting a 14,000 square foot warehouse in Van Nuys, to a motor car showroom and entertainment area. As part of our Design Build team we have enlisted the services of internationally renowned designer Peter Capone.
The many challenges involved in converting this mid 1960’s structure include overcoming the multiple post tension concrete decks, while at the same time bringing the building into compliance with current earthquake codes and 21st century “green” building standards. The many amenities include, staging areas for shows, an elevator, dressing rooms for performances, French Oak hardwood flooring, Floating Staircase and a custom bar.
