Scope Of Work
This Santiago Coronado designed remodel and addition features Nana Doors that blend the indoors to the outdoors, beautifully handcrafted custom coffered ceilings and custom Trusses fabricated with old world craftsmanship by Smith Bros. Complete outdoor gourmet kitchen and custom fireplace with marble decking under post and beam patios. Other patios feature Black Absolute Granite decking , Architectural molded ceiling by J.P. Weaver and Stacked stone walls. Crystal chandeliers provide elegant lighting to these exceptional outdoor living spaces.
