Scope Of Work
Complete remodel of a 15,000 sf structure for medical offices and a rehabilitation gym. The scope included extensive seismic retrofitting, new core and satellite restrooms, numerous exam rooms and support rooms, laboratory and pharmacy. Existing and new structural elements were left exposed as part of the design, integrated with new custom elements of lighting, casework and special finishes.
