Scope Of Work
HBJ has announced the Landmark Awards for 2017, and E/B/E, Inc. is proud to have been part of the design team on a nominated project once again. The project scope included 35,800 square feet of renovations on two floors with the addition of a connecting staircase. The sleek modern design incorporated LED lighting and modern high tech lighting controls along with HVAC distribution that integrates with the ceiling design and architectural features. Multiple conference and meeting spaces necessitated supplemental cooling that had to be coordinated with the architectural ceilings.
