In addition to concentrating of Home and Insurance inspections since 2008, Thomas has over thirty years of varied business management and administration experience including extensive knowledge and expertise in real estate development and construction from due diligence and feasibility analysis for property acquisition, rezoning, permitting and construction supervision to sales and marketing programs for final products as well as financial reporting from a banking and capitalization standpoint to SEC report preparation. Exceptional talent in corporate restructuring, cash flow management, operational efficiency, profitability analysis, commercial insurance, computerized accounting system implementation and training as well as preparation of programming design specifications for custom accounting, inventory and order entry applications. In-depth knowledge of a wide variety of industries including building construction, real estate development, employee leasing, commercial automotive financing, agriculture, commercial trucking, and internet based businesses. Clients have included small residential and commercial construction businesses to a $15 million road and utilities construction company and a $10 million internet based closeout reseller to a $500 million, international specialty products distribution entity and a Fortune 500 food service equipment distributor.

Mark has been involved with Brine Development Serves since their inception. His working relationship with the principles of Brine Development goes back over 20 years. He holds a State of Florida Class A General Contractors License. (CGC1520217) and Residential Inspection License. (HI6150) He has an extensive background in many aspects of commercial construction including estimation, project management and consulting.
In the last 10 years Mark has predominately involved himself in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings. Mark utilizes a hands on approach from design stage to project completion. He works directly, face to face with engineers, architects, designers, fabricators and most important, the Customer. This approach stems from actual experience erecting Pre-Engineered Buildings.
Mark believes project involvement and preparation are key to the success of any project. He has been involved with Pre-Engineered projects from 4000 square feet to 286,000 square feet; and buildings 12 foot eave height to buildings 85 foot eave height.
